Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Zkilla Technologies, we aim to deliver a smooth and reliable learning and services experience. This Policy explains when refunds may be issued and how cancellations are handled for purchases made through our platform.

1. General Principles

By purchasing any service, subscription, or digital product from Zkilla Technologies, you agree to the terms described in this Refund & Cancellation Policy, in addition to our Terms & Conditions.

2. Service-Based Refunds

Refunds for service-based engagements (such as training, consulting, or project-based work) may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The service was not delivered substantially as described or agreed in writing
  • A clear error occurred on our side that prevented delivery of the service
  • A mutual agreement in writing between you and Zkilla Technologies allows for a refund

Refunds will not be provided in cases including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after the service has started or been delivered
  • Delays caused by incomplete information or non-responsiveness from the customer
  • Unsuitability of the service where the scope was clearly communicated in advance

3. Digital Products & Subscriptions

For access-based offerings (such as digital content, platform access, or subscription plans):

  • Fees paid for subscriptions are generally non-refundable once access has been granted
  • Cancellations requested will take effect from the next billing cycle (for recurring plans)
  • Downloaded, accessed, or consumed digital products are typically not eligible for a refund, unless required by applicable law

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or raise a concern about a payment, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction:

  • Your full name and registered email address
  • Transaction ID and date of payment
  • Description of the service or product purchased
  • Reason for the refund request, with any relevant supporting details

5. Assessment & Approval

Once your request is received, our team will review it in line with this Policy and may contact you for additional information. Approval or rejection of a refund request is at the sole discretion of Zkilla Technologies.

6. Processing of Refunds

If a refund is approved, we will initiate the process within 7โ€“10 business days. The amount will be credited to the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase, subject to the processing timelines of the payment gateway and your bank or card issuer.

7. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

If you believe there has been an unauthorized transaction or billing error, please contact us first at support@zkilla.com so we can assist you in resolving the issue.

Initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider without first contacting us may delay or complicate the resolution process.
